The Great First Eight Curriculum development project is led by renowned early literacy expert Dr. Nell K. Duke, with nationally lauded co-directors Dr. Claire Vallotton for infant through PreK-4/TK and Dr. Marisha Humphries for PreK-3 through grade two. Named one of the most influential education scholars in the U.S. in EdWeek, Dr. Duke has assembled a diverse team of the greatest minds in early education and a vast network of partners to develop, pilot, and disseminate the curriculum.
